Brazen Baking is hiring a hard-working individual to assist in all aspects of our busy production bakery. Duties include bread, cracker, and pastry production, packaging, order fulfillment, cleaning, deliveries, and assisting with marketing at farmers markets.

The ideal candidate is passionate about seasonal food and has an interest in whole grains, naturally leavened breads, fermentation, and our local food community. While food service experience is preferred, it is not essential. We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Please note that this role requires safety awareness, heavy lifting, repetitive movements, and several hours on your feet in a hot environment.

Position details:

- Hours: Flexible, ranging from 20–40 hours per week.

- Timeline: Farmers markets begin in early May, with peak demand in July and August.

- Opportunity: There is potential for this to become a year-round, long-term position.
